Refund Policy

Free tier

Viewing models in Bimetric is free and doesn’t require a card, so there’s nothing to refund on the free tier.

Pro subscription

If you’re not happy with the Pro plan, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refund requests after the first 14 days are handled case by case — reach out and we’ll take a look.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a billing period outside the 14-day window above.

Email support@bimetric.io with the email address on your account. We aim to respond within a few business days.
